Secret Path is developed and published by Citiview Studios. This policy explains what the game does and does not do with information, and applies to the Secret Path application on the Meta Horizon Store.
Citiview Studios does not collect, transmit or store any personal information from players of Secret Path. The game has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no telemetry and no network requests of any kind. It does not use the microphone, the camera, the passthrough feed, hand-tracking data, location, contacts or the device identifier.
The game saves three preferences locally on your headset so it can remember them between sessions: your chosen spoken language, your background-music choice, and whether the in-game guide is switched on. These are written using the standard on-device settings storage, never leave the headset, are not readable by us, and are deleted when you uninstall the game.
The preferences above are used for one purpose only: to restore your settings the next time you play. Because no information reaches Citiview Studios, we do not use, analyse or profile any player data.
We do not share, sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose any player information to third parties, because we do not hold any. Secret Path contains no third-party SDKs. Your purchase, download and entitlement are handled by Meta Platforms under Meta's own privacy policy, which governs that relationship rather than this one.
Citiview Studios retains no player data, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. The on-device preferences described above remain on your headset until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game, both of which are entirely under your control.
Secret Path is rated for ages 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export or erase. If you believe otherwise, or have any question about this policy, contact us and we will respond.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
